SARASOTA — Pinnacle Community Association Management has promoted Heather Hamilton to president.
Pinnacle provides comprehensive management services for small to medium-sized homeowners and condominium associations throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties.
Hamilton is a Licensed Community Association Manager with 25 years of customer service experience, according to a press release. She has a background in banking and hospitality, specifically in expense control and budgeting, hiring, training and team building.
As one of Pinnacle’s founding members, Hamilton also has experience as an association management company owner, an onsite/dedicated community association manager and as a corporate community association manager responsible for handling a portfolio of clients from Orlando to Naples, the release adds.
“Heather has been at the core of Pinnacle since its founding and has been a driving force in positioning the company for success,” says company co-founder and owner Jason Hamilton in the statement. “Her experience in association management, customer service, budgeting and finance has allowed Pinnacle to tailor its services specifically to the needs of both the boards of directors and owners of the homeowner and condominium associations we serve.”
Pinnacle Community Association Management is based in Sarasota.
