SARASOTA — S-One Holdings Corp., a digital imaging, design and print company with several subsidiaries worldwide, has acquired the Digiprint Supplies brand from Brussels, Belgium-based Big Fish SPRL.
The acquisition includes certain Big Fish assets, including personnel, customers and supplier contracts, according to a statement. Financial terms of the deal, effective immediately, weren’t disclosed. Digiprint Supplies will now operate under the S-One subsidiary, Brand Management Group (BMG) Media Source Belgium SRL, the release adds.
Digiprint Supplies is an online store offering printer parts for all brands of eco-solvent, solvent and UV digital wide-format printers, such as printheads, replacement parts, maintenance kits, inks and more. Established in 2007, Digiprint Supplies also operates a U.S. subsidiary and warehouse in Miami.
“Digiprint Supplies offers an exciting opportunity for S-One to add an enhanced level of service and support to all S-One customers with Digiprint Supplies’ ecommerce platform,” says Jason Metnick, vice president of Global Operations at S-One, in the release. “It also gives S-One the opportunity to strengthen and expand its product offering to support our customers. The acquisition of Digiprint Supplies complements S-One’s long-term strategy to be a global leader in the digital printing market.”
S-One’s subsidiaries include LexJet, BMG, ABAQA, Utopia Digital Technologies and S-One Labels & Packaging.
