Oenophiles, raise your glass: Fiorelli Winery, a 10-acre working vineyard with a four-bedroom residence, is on the market.
The list price is just under $1.2 million, according to a statement. Jennifer Flanders and Pamela Hagen of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Downtown Sarasota office have the listing.
The winery is in northeast Manatee County, east of Interstate 75 and between State Roads 64 and 70. “This stunning property is a fantastic business opportunity for the savvy buyer,” Flanders says in the release. “In addition to the expansive acreage and the functionality of the winery, it is close to Lakewood Ranch, the second-fastest growing community in the United States.”
The property sale includes a winemaking building, tasting room and an event pavilion, in addition to the private four-bedroom residence. Established in 1998, Fiorelli Winery’s handcrafted wines have garnered over 30 awards in commercial international wine competitions. The winery’s original owners, Rosa and the late Antonio Fiorelli, the release states, drew inspiration from their homeland of Casteldaccia, Sicily as they grew the business — which they eventually sold to the current owner.
