NAPLES — A continuing care retirement community in Naples recently completed a $45 million expansion to add more apartments and a golf studio.
The redevelopment project, at Vi at Bentley Village, included 51 new independent living residences and a golf studio with two golf simulators, according to a news release. Construction began in August 2018 and was completed in September.
“There is a wave of energy and excitement when you get a high concentration of people moving to our campus at the same time,” Penny Smith, executive director of Vi at Bentley Village, says in the release. “We are thrilled to welcome these new residents to our community.”
The new apartments are attached to the community’s East Clubhouse, overlooking an 18-hole par-3 golf course. The golf studio offers two golf simulators that will capture swing data and provide an indoor option during inclement weather.
In 2016, Vi at Bentley Village completed an $85 million redevelopment project which included two new clubhouses and 72 new independent living apartments.
