MARCO ISLAND — A privately-owned commercial real estate firm is expanding its reach by opening a third location in Southwest Florida.

Operating as SVN | KOVA Marco Island, the new office is located at 317 N. Collier Blvd., Marco Island, bringing new and expanded commercial brokerage services to the Marco Island, Isles of Capri and Everglades City markets, according to a news release.

“The affiliation of SVN and the KOVA Companies has strengthened client services in Naples, Fort Myers and now Marco Island,” Anthony Emma, CEO and managing partner of KOVA Companies, says in the release. “With SVN, we gain expanded visibility and marketing dexterity to deliver the best value possible, no matter the geography or asset class. We now not only reach a business owner across town, but an investor across the globe.”

KOVA Companies was founded in 1990 and expanded its brokerage and property management offerings in 2017 through its affiliation with SVN International Corp. (SVNIC), a commercial real estate brand.

The release says Managing Director Steve Purcell will lead SVN | KOVA Marco Island, offering his expertise and brokerage services across southern Collier County. With more than 25 years of experience, Purcell is a licensed real estate broker and mortgage broker who has personally closed more than 1,500 transactions on Marco Island. A native of Marco Island, Purcell specializes in both commercial and residential real estate on the island and surrounding areas.
