Hospitality management firm hires CFO, technology director

Jill Lemaster and Tom Stoff join Tampa-based Mainsail Lodging & Development.

TAMPA — Mainsail Lodging & Development has named Jill Lemaster CFO, a newly created role at the Tampa-based hospitality management firm. The company has also hired Tom Stoff as director of technology.

Mainsail develops and operates boutique hotel and resort properties in the southeastern United States and the Caribbean. Its Gulf Coast portfolio includes the Epicurean Hotel in Tampa, the Waterline Marina Resort & Beach Club on Anna Maria Island, the historic Fenway Hotel in Dunedin and the Mainsail Beach Inn, a boutique beachfront hotel also on Anna Maria Island.

“We’re happy to welcome Jill and Tom as two great additions to the Mainsail team,” states Joe Collier, president of Mainsail Lodging & Development, in a press release. “With Jill’s extensive experience in the hotel industry and finance, and Tom’s experience in hotels and technology, the two will complement our existing team and help ensure continued growth for our company.”

Lemaster, the release states, joins Mainsail Lodging & Development from Hilton Grand Vacations in Orlando. Her hospitality background also includes stints with Marriott Vacation Club and Hard Rock International.

Stoffo, who will be based in Atlanta, most recently worked with Davidson Hotel Group. He began his hospitality career at Tradewinds Resort in St. Pete Beach.
