Commercial real estate brokerage firm Colliers International Tampa Bay has added industry veteran Paul Carr to its roster, where he will specialize in capital markets transactions along the Gulf Coast.
The firm’s new executive managing director of investment services joins Colliers with more than 15 years of experience at Cushman & Wakefield, Trammell Crow Co. and Northmarq Capital.
Most recently, at Cushman & Wakefield, Carr was a senior director in the capital markets group.
Throughout his career, Carr has participated in transactions totaling $2.4 billion and involving 14 million square feet of space.
“Colliers offers me a little more runway to cover a larger geographic area, and the firm has a real entrepreneurial spirit,” Carr says. “It also has a national and an international platform to work from, and that was critical to my decision making.”
