TAMPA — PulteGroup’s west Florida division recently held a grand opening of K-Bar Ranch, the Atlanta-based homebuilder’s latest Tampa Bay area community.
K-Bar Ranch is a gated community at 10808 Rolling Moss Road in the northeast section of New Tampa. At the May 18 grand opening event, PulteGroup officials gave attendees a look at the community’s 4,274-square-foot Dockside Grand and 2,855-square-foot Citrus Grove model homes.
PulteGroup, according to a press release, owns 178 homesites in K-Bar Ranch and is offering houses for sale starting in the upper $200s. When fully built out, the community will feature a new clubhouse, resort-style pool, tennis courts and a pavilion, among other amenities.
“We understand that the home buying process is very personal — and our home designs are life tested with additional flexibility to allow buyers the opportunity to find the design that best fits their needs,” states Sean Strickler, president of PulteGroup’s west Florida division, in the release. “With 17 designs to choose from, K-Bar will be able to fit the needs of a diverse pool of homebuyers.”
