TAMPA — Solvere Living, the operations division of St. Petersburg-based Solutions Advisors Group, has planned a May 16 grand opening for Tessera of Westchase, its latest assisted living and memory care community.
According to a press release, the 122,000-square-foot, resort-style development cost $27.5 million to build and features modern, state-of-the-art features such as a fitness center, Wi-Fi internet, three dining venues, salon and spa, event center, library, concierge, weekly housekeeping and personal laundry services.
Tessera of Westchase, the release states, offers 64 assisted-living apartments and 38 apartments for residents with memory-related impairments. Developed by Tampa-based Lindell Investments Inc., the community is expected to create 100 jobs.

The modern amenities and services create and inspire a vibrant and engaging environment, along with comfort and care for residents and their families. The grand opening is planned for May 16, 4:30-7 p.m. at the community, 11330 Countryway Boulevard, Tampa.
