TAMPA — Sprouts Farmers Market has announced plans to open its latest Tampa-area store, on the northeast corner of Linebaugh Avenue and Sheldon Road in Westchase.

The fast-growing, Phoenix-based specialty grocery chain has made a big push into Florida, with stores also planned for Boynton Beach, Deerfield Beach, Estero, Jupiter, Miramar, Oviedo, Riverview, Seminole, Stuart, Trinity and multiple locations in Jacksonville and Tampa.

According to a press release, Sprouts already operates nine stores in the Sunshine State. It generated $4.66 billion in revenue in 2018, up from $4.05 billion in 2017.

An opening date for the Westchase store has not yet been confirmed but Sprouts fans can get updates via the grocer’s website.
