TAMPA — Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has brought its rental and property management program into the Tampa Bay region.

According to a press release, rental properties will be managed via Sotheby’s offices in Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa. The brokerage has operated a rentals division in Naples since the early 1990s and Sarasota since 2015.

“We are proud to be expanding our rental and property management program, as it is an important step in the continued service to our customers,” states Judy Green, CEO of Naples-based Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, in the release. “Our goal is not only to unite homeowners with seasonal or annual renters, but to offer them peace of mind that the management of their rental property is being taken care of as well.”

The company also announced the appointment of Sofia Goodell as the residential leasing specialist for the area. Goodell, the release states, will be based at Sotheby’s Tampa office, located at 744 South Village Circle.

“I am delighted to welcome Sofia as a part of our team effort to better serve our offices and associates in the region,” states Scott Dougherty, director of the company’s rental division, in the release. “Her work with all three Tampa Bay-area offices will help us strengthen our presence in this key market.”
