TAMPA — Scottsdale, Ariz.-based homebuilder Taylor Morrison named Douglas Miller president of its Tampa division.
Miller, according to a press release, had been serving as vice president of integrations at Taylor Morrison, which posted revenue of $4.23 billion in 2018. Last year, Miller led the integration of AV Homes following Taylor Morrison’s acquisition of that company.
During his career at Taylor Morrison, the release states, Miller has also served as vice president of national field finance and regional CFO in Tampa.
“Doug has been an integral part of our Taylor Morrison team for more than a decade,” states Steve Kempton, Taylor Morrison’s regional president, in the release. “We’re excited to see him return to the Tampa market and continue the level of homebuilding excellence that we’ve enjoyed in our West Florida markets.”
In his new role, Miller will oversee all divisional aspects of Taylor Morrison’s day-to-day homebuilding operations.
