NOKOMIS — DiVosta Homes will expand its Sarasota County presence with its new Talon Preserve neighborhood in the Palmer Ranch master planned community.

The Talon Preserve on Palmer Ranch community will have approximately 926 homesites, according to a statement. DiVosta will offer a selection of its most popular open-concept single-family and attached villa home designs in the community, which will have sidewalks, 62 acres of lakes and 110 acres of nature preserves.

Model homes at Talon Preserve are expected to begin construction by January 2020. Talon Preserve on Palmer Ranch is in Nokomis off Honore Avenue.
