NAPLES — FisherBroyles is growing its nationwide health and pharmacy law practice with the addition of Catherine Kahle to the firm’s Naples office as partner.

Kahle joins FisherBroyles after a 19-year career representing health care entities, including hospitals, health systems, physician groups, nursing homes and home health companies as both an attorney and compliance executive, according to a press release.

Most recently, she served as general counsel for Radiology Regional Center. Over a span of 12 years with Lee Health, the statement says Kahle rose through the ranks of the in-house counsel’s office, ultimately serving as chief compliance officer and vice president of legal services, compliance and internal audit.

She has also worked for Orlando Health. She began her career with Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.

“We are thrilled to have Cathy join our team and add her wealth of experience in assisting our clients across the country,” says Brian Dickerson, a FisherBroyles’ partner and a leader in the firm’s health and pharmacy law practice, in the statement. “Her extensive experience in health care compliance, from the identification and analysis of compliance risk and creation of effective risk mitigation strategies to her handling of highly sensitive investigations, will further bolster our already strong compliance group.”

FisherBroyles LLP was founded in 2002. The firm has over 225 attorneys in 22 offices nationwide.
