PALMETTO — National homebuilder and developer Taylor Morrison announced its newest town home community, Edgestone at Artisan Lakes, at its master-planned community of Artisan Lakes in Palmetto.
The company plans to build 182 town homes in the community, according to a press release.
It will offer two floor plans at the community. Taylor Morrison is also planning amenities, which are expected to include a pool and cabana for Edgestone residents.
“We currently offer single-family and twin villa homes within our Artisan Lakes master-planned community,” says Douglas Miller, division president for Taylor Morrison’s Tampa division, in a statement. “The addition of town homes in the Edgestone section will bring a new opportunity for home buyers wanting to live in this beautiful, centrally located community.”
Taylor Morrison Home Corp. is based in Scottsdale, Ariz. The company operates under two brands, Taylor Morrison and Darling Homes.
