SARASOTA — Plaza Construction has been selected as the construction manager for the Evolution boutique condominium development at 111 Golden Gate Point in Sarasota.
WB Golden Point LLC is the developer of the condominium. The developer is an affiliate of Europe-based WB Finance, an investment group with experience developing, investing in and owning real estate projects, according to a press release.
DSDG Architects are the architects for the eight-story condominium. The building will have 20 units ranging in size from 2,071 to 3,519 square feet.
“Since 2002, Plaza Construction has been a leading builder of condominium projects in Florida and is proud to add the Evolution to its portfolio,” says Plaza Construction Managing Director Southeast Florida Todd Fultz in a statement.
Plaza Construction is a construction management and general contracting company. Its projects include One Thousand Museum, Gran Paraiso and Icon Bay in Florida and 55 Water Street, MTA Fulton Center, Brooklyn Navy Yard and 11 Times Square in New York. The firm is based in New York with regional offices in New Jersey, Miami, Tampa and Washington, D.C. Plaza Construction is owned by China Construction America, a U.S. subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corp.
