SARASOTA — Real estate company PropLogix is moving more than 110 employees into an office in downtown Sarasota.

According to a press release, PropLogix has already begun operating out of an 18,000-square-foot space toward the rear of Main Plaza at 1991 Main St.

Area entrepreneur Jesse Biter, owner and CEO PropLogix, is also a co-owner of Main Plaza. PropLogix was previously based north of Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport.

In a release, Biter says the move will allow the company’s employees to patronize neighboring businesses downtown.

“We’re still unpacking and making the space our own, but we’re thrilled to be back,” Biter says in the release. “Downtown offers an awesome atmosphere for a young, growing company."
