FORT MYERS — Neal Communities has sold out Coastal Key, a gated island-themed community of 112 single-family homes in Fort Myers.
Coastal Key is situated on 48 acres, surrounded by more than 65 acres of wetland preserve and park area. A maintenance-assisted neighborhood, floor plans ranged from 1,772 to 2,915 square feet, according to a statement.
Coastal Key residents have exclusive access to Serenity Park, which features a gazebo, beach chairs and views of the community’s 10-acre lake as well as a dog park, playground and a trellised seating area.
A private homebuilder based in Lakewood Ranch, Neal Communities has built more than 14,000 homes in Southwest Florida. The firm’s companies include Neal Signature Homes, Neal Land Ventures, Charlene Neal PureStyle, Waterscapes Pools & Spas, Neal Communities Funding, Fiducia Insurance and Allegiant Title Professionals.
