NAPLES — Boulay, a regional CPA firm with locations in Naples and Minneapolis, Minn., has merged with Anspach & Associates PLLC of Naples.

The combined entity retains the name Boulay. The Naples office will operate at Boulay’s 9105 Strada Place, Suite 3201 location. Further terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

“The merger brings an established firm in Naples with a highly respected, talented leader to join our partner team at Boulay,” says Boulay managing partner Steve Behrns in a statement. “We are committed to helping the Southwest Florida community and our Minnesota clients who reside in the area.”

The combined firm has 33 partners and more than 150 employees serving high net worth individual clients and businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, retail, professional services, construction and real estate industries, according to the statement. The merger is part of Boulay’s revenue growth strategy to become a top 100 accounting firm, the statement adds.

“Merging with Boulay allows us to combine the personal service our clients have come to expect with the array of services, technology and expertise of a much larger organization,” says Anspach partner Tracey Buersmeyer in the statement.

Founded in 1934, Boulay is an independent registered accounting, tax and financial consulting firm and a member of PrimeGlobal, an international association of independent accounting firms.
