NAPLES — With Phase I more than 55% sold, Naples Reserve has begun the sale of the 294 planned homesites in the community’s second phase.

Neighborhoods in Phase II include Canoe Landing, where nearly all 64 homesites to be built by Stock Signature Homes offer water views and begin in the high $400,000s. Also in Phase II, the Halfmoon Point neighborhood has 129 homesites where national homebuilder D.R. Horton will build with prices starting in the high $300,000s, according to a statement.

Built around 22 lakes with open water views, Naples Reserve emphasizes lakefront living with Southern Coastal-style homes and water’s edge amenities. Developed by iStar, the community’s first lakefront amenities are available, including the $7 million Island Club social center with a 5,160-square-foot clubhouse and a 3,500-square-foot fitness center and zero-entry pool. Indoor and outdoor gathering areas at the Island Club include a lakeside fire pit and casual beverage and dining options at a tiki bar and cafe.

Watercraft options are available, including Duffy electric boats to explore Eagle Lake and Kontiki Island, which features a large tiki hut for sunset cocktails and other resident gatherings. A mile-long stretch of lakefront is against the Picayune Strand State Forest, a 76,000-acre state park, the release adds. The lakefront Match Point complex includes five tennis and four pickleball courts.

In addition to Stock Signature Homes and D.R. Horton, Naples Reserve builders include Ashton Woods, Florida Lifestyle Homes, KTS Homes, Lundstrom Development, Marvin Development and McGarvey Custom Homes; priced from the low $300,000s to more than $1 million. It is located off U.S. 41, two miles southeast of the Collier Boulevard.
