NAPLES — Construction has begun on a boutique, 22-unit condo project in Midtown Naples.
Naples-based Connor & Gaskins Unlimited is the lead builder for the project, 850 Central, according to a statement. The project is a modern three-story building, five blocks from Fifth Avenue and near the beach. The building also will feature street-level retail and offices, the release states.
Connor & Gaskins, along with Platinum Developments and MHK Architecture & Design, have been working on the project for a year. The Collier-County-based team officially broke ground on the project last month and began construction just a few weeks ago, according to the statement.
The urban-like residences will range from 1,300 to 1,800 square feet, with two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and deeded parking spaces. A second-level amenity deck will feature a pool and an open area for residents, the release adds. The roof terrace will have a fire pit as well as a large social area that encompasses outdoor kitchens for residents.
