FORT MYERS – Responding to the demand for affordable housing, PulteGroup purchased a 57-acre parcel off Bayshore Road to build a new community in early 2020.

Enclaves at Eagle Landing, which will be located 2.5 miles west of Interstate 75, will have 188 one- and two-story Centex homes starting from the low $200s, according to a press release.

“Savvy first-time homebuyers seeking value, quality and style in Fort Myers new construction will find it all at Enclaves,” says Richard McCormick, president of PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida division.

Centex homes at Enclaves at Eagle Landing will offer blended living and dining areas, quality features built in, design choice options and home functionality enhanced with smart home technology.
