National builder begins to offer homes in new gated community

Oak Creek Sanctuary is the final phase of Taylor Morrison’s Oak Creek development in Riverview.

TAMPA — Taylor Morrison, a national homebuilder headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz., has begun selling single-family homes in Oak Creek Sanctuary, a gated portion of the Oak Creek community in Riverview.

According to a press release, 75 homes are available, with prices starting in the low 200s. Buyers will be able to choose from five one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,768 to 3,422 square feet.

“Oak Creek Sanctuary is a limited opportunity for homebuyers to own a beautiful Taylor Morrison home in a neighborhood setting with easy access to all that Tampa has to offer,” states Douglas Miller, president of Taylor Morrison’s Tampa division, in the release. “Award-winning home designs, combined with quality home construction in a prime location, makes Oak Creek one of the best values in the Tampa area.”

Oak Creek Sanctuary represents the final phase of the Oak Creek development located near the intersection of Falkenburg Road and U.S. 301 in Riverview.
