SARASOTA — National homebuilder and developer Taylor Morrison announced it will bring new three-story condominiums to Phillippi Landings in south Sarasota.
The condos will be on over an acre within an existing 10-acre gated condominium community along the shores of Phillippi Creek and Tamiami Trail, according to a press release. The condos will have access to Siesta Key intercostal waters.
Taylor Morrison will offer 29 modern three-story condos with features including private elevators, impact-resistant windows and attached two-car tandem garages.
“Phillippi Landings is an exciting opportunity for homeowners to live in a modern Taylor Morrison condo in a sought-after location with stunning water views,” says Cammie Longenecker, division president of Taylor Morrison Southwest Florida, in a statement. “The designs and included features of these new condos are centered around offering homeowners a beautiful home to experience the Florida lifestyle.”
Residents of Phillippi Landings will have access to the community’s recreational and social amenities, which include a clubhouse, heated pool, fitness center, dog park, kayak launch and a day-use boat dock, a press release says.
Taylor Morrison Home Corp. is based in Scottsdale, Ariz. The company operates under two brands, Taylor Morrison and Darling Homes.
