ESTERO — Gulfshore Homes has completed its Casa Mare beach house model home in Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, the 85th home the builder has completed within the community.
Construction of the three-story home on the white sand beach and 700-acre freshwater Lake Como in the Sardinia neighborhood began in March 2018, according to a statement.
Designed by architect Jonathan Kukk of Kukk Architecture & Design of Naples, the home has 5,304 square feet of interior living space and a total of 9,819 square feet including outdoor space. Outside is an outdoor kitchen, elevated pool with 80-foot infinity edge and spa, and natural stone pool deck, the release adds.
“The Casa Mare’s one-of-a-kind design, with its multiple view corridors, has a fresh modern beach house aesthetic emphasizing the best elements of coastal living,” says Gulfshore Homes Director of Construction Matthew Shull in a statement. The Casa Mare floor plan starts at $4.25 million.
Founded in 1993, Gulfshore Homes is based in Bonita Springs.
