Builder sells three homes for more than $7 million

MARCO ISLAND — Naples-based Stock Custom Homes, the luxury homebuilding division of Stock Development, recently sold three estate homes on Marco Island for more than $7 million.

Sales included a home at 236 Polynesia Court on Marco Island, which was listed at $2.9 million with furnishings; the Malibu at 617 Hernando Drive listed at $2.5 million; and a private custom home valued at more than $2 million that overlooks Marco Bay, according to statement. 

Continuing to expand in the Marco Island area, Stock has debuted its 2,636-square-foot Pasadena model to focus on its Stock Signature Homes line. Now open for viewing, the estate is on Winterberry Drive. It's offered at $1.7 million furnished with interiors by Soco Interiors of Naples. In addition, Stock Signature Homes offers a build-on-your-lot program.

In 16 years, Stock Development has completed more than 4,500 homes along the Gulf Coast and beyond and is actively working on custom estates on Marco Island, Pine Ridge Estates and the Wellington area, as well as the oceanfront of Palm Beach and Sarasota.
