BRADENTON — M/I Homes has broken ground on its Riverside Preserve community on the Manatee River in Bradenton.
Riverside Preserve is expected to open in early 2019. According to a press release, the gated community includes 101 single-family homes, a riverfront recreational area and walking trails.
The community is near State Road 64. Homeowners will be able to choose from floor plans in M/I's Landmark series of homes, the release adds.
M/I Homes was founded in 1976 by Melvin and Irving Schottenstein. The company opened a homebuilding division for Sarasota and Manatee counties in July 2016.
