BONITA SPRINGS — Bruno Total Home Performance recently promoted two people to key roles in the company: Tammy Schreier was named general manager and Luisa Del Castillo was elevated to master controller.
Schreier oversees daily operations including planning, organizing and directing cost center and profit center activities; coordinating and developing key performance goals; providing direction for key reports; managing quality assurance programs; and managing overall operational efficiencies. Prior to her promotion, she was operations manager at the firm.
Del Castillo is responsible for establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems, and guiding financial decisions, all while ensuring accuracy in reporting. Her prior position was business process management director, where she was instrumental in developing the infrastructure that manages each segment of the business, according to a statement.
