TAMPA — Taylor Morrison, a national homebuilder and developer headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz., plans to build a townhome community called Woodside Trace in Wesley Chapel.

Located off of County Line Road in Pasco County, the community will offer a new-construction opportunity with plans for 50 townhomes, according to a press release.

“This will be a limited opportunity for homebuyers to own a Taylor Morrison townhome in the highly sought-after New Tampa area,” states Joe Fontana, president of Taylor Morrison’s Tampa division, in the release. “This new Woodside Trace community is conveniently located with quick access to Interstate 75.”

Woodside Trace homes will feature lush landscaping and lake views in an intimate setting, the release adds, along with designer kitchens and luxurious owners’ suites.
