FORT MYERS — Campo Felice, a high-rise, active resort-style community for adults ages 55 and older in downtown Fort Myers, named Tara O’Sullivan executive director.
She has more than 30 years of experience in development and operations of upscale independent senior housing, assisted living and retirement communities, according to a statement. Campo Felice is located at the Fort Myers Yacht Basin marina.
O’Sullivan has developed and managed several startups and existing operations for communities across the country. She most recently served as executive director of Discovery Senior Living in Fort Myers after relocating from Catonsville, Md., where she was vice president of operations for Erickson Living, the release states.
In her new role, O’Sullivan will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of all operations of Campo Felice including leasing, maintenance and housekeeping, activities, security, transportation, spa and salon, dining, and concierge and valet services.
