ST. PETERSBURG — Solvere Living, a senior housing division within Solutions Advisors Group, appointed two new executives: Jack McCarthy was named executive vice president and Jamie Holiefield was named vice president of the Eastern Region.
Both officials will be based in St. Petersburg, according to a statement.
McCarthy will lead the process for identifying and fully vetting potential acquisitions of senior housing properties, as well as uncovering, negotiating and closing strategic equity and debt partnerships, the release states. McCarthy is also in charge of assembling a Solvere Living board of directors, as well as participating in the executive and leadership teams for Solutions Advisors Group.
McCarthy, the release adds, was senior vice president of sales and marketing and COO for Benchmark Assisted Living from 2000 to 2010. In 2010 he founded Revenue Leverage LLC, a senior housing consulting firm.
Holiefield, meanwhile, will oversee and direct all operating components of Solvere Living-managed communities in the Eastern Region. She also previously held executive positions at Benchmark Assisted Living, the release states, and has served on the board of the Florida Senior Living Association.

Solvere Living operates 12 communities in seven states, including Florida, New York, New Jersey, Texas, Maryland, Virginia and Oklahoma. Solutions Advisors Group is based in St. Petersburg.
