TAMPA — Carlton Fields, a law firm with offices in five states and Washington, D.C., has hired Samantha Culp as an associate in its real property litigation practice in Tampa.
Prior to joining Carlton Fields, Culp, a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, clerked for Julie Sneed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
According to a press release, she has also practiced at Florida-based law firms Rumberger Kirk & Caldwell P.A. and McDonald Toole Wiggins P.A.
Culp’s practice at Carlton Fields, the release states, will focus on real property litigation, as well as products liability, premises liability and commercial litigation. She also has experience in environmental and conservation law.
