NAPLES — Ave Maria, a new town under development in eastern Collier County by Barron Collier Companies, has reported more than 200 home sales so far in 2018.
At build-out, it will include up to 11,000 residences and 1.7 million square feet of retail, office and business park uses on 4,000 acres. Ave Maria has been recognized as the fastest-selling new home community by MetroStudy for the past three years.

Three builders currently offer single-family homes for sale in Ave Maria, including CC Homes, Del Webb Naples and Pulte Homes, with prices ranging from high $100,000s to more than $500,000, and ranging in size from 1,300 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet.
Recreational amenities include on-site private waterpark, Panther Run Golf Club, tennis and bocce courts, town center shopping and dining, grocery and boutique retail shopping and athletic fields and playgrounds. The centerpiece of the town is Ave Maria University.
