NAPLES — Peninsula Treviso Bay has named luxury custom homebuilder Imperial Homes of Naples the sole builder to complete the remaining 50 lots within the community. With 20 years of experience, Imperial Homes has built high-end estates in communities from Naples to Bonita Springs, according to a statement.
“With the community’s focus on coastal contemporary architecture, we know we’re the best ones for the job,” says Imperial Homes owner and general contractor Curtis Gunther.
Peninsula Treviso Bay is a coastal contemporary style neighborhood inside the master-planned community of Treviso Bay, sitting on the lake and Tournament Players Club golf course. Imperial Homes’s floor plans will range from 2,836 to 4,687 square feet with home and lot packages beginning at $1.6 million.
