SARASOTA —Keller Williams On the Water Sarasota has opened a Keller Williams Business Brokers division in Sarasota.
Joanne Owens — along with and her husband, Greg — is the broker/owner of both On the Water Sarasota and On the Water Bradenton.
"I see the commercial real estate sales and leasing that we already do with our seasoned professionals at KW as a natural fit for Business Brokerage," says Owens in a statement. "We are members of the Business Brokers of Florida and therefore have over 27,000 comparables for a vast array of businesses."
Keller Williams On the Water Sarasota has over 150 associates. According to a press release, Austin, Texas-based real estate franchise Keller Williams has more than 950 offices and 181,000 associates.
