LAKEWOOD RANCH — Tavistock Development Co. announced several new tenants for The Green at Lakewood Ranch development, including SoFresh, a restaurant that's new to the area.
Other newly announced tenants include Chipotle Mexican Grill, Verizon, Starbucks, Lavish Nails, Matresses & More, Main Street Dentistry and Modern Gents.
Tampa-based SoFresh will open in a 1,200-square-foot space. The restaurant, as well as the other tenants, are expected to open by early winter, according to a press release.
SoFresh currently has locations in Tampa. It serves made-to-order salads, wraps and bowls.
“This wave of tenant announcements represents the robust options we anticipated when first beginning this project,” says Skipper Peek, senior vice president of commercial development for Tavistock Development Co., in a statement. “Having a mix of recognized brands with local businesses was important to us, so we’re excited to welcome SoFresh and Modern Gents to The Green.”
The Green is at the northeast corner of State Road 70 and Lakewood Ranch Boulevard. It is a 525,000-square-foot mixed-use development in the master-planned community of Lakewood Ranch.
