LAKEWOOD RANCH — Panera Bread will open a new 4,300-square-foot restaurant in The Green at Lakewood Ranch development.
In a press release, Orlando-based real estate firm Tavistock Development Co. announced the first restaurant tenant for the project.
The Green at Lakewood Ranch is at the northwest corner of SR 70 and Lakewood Ranch Boulevard. It is a 525,000-square-foot mixed-use development within the master-planned community of Lakewood Ranch.
The Green's other two anchor tenants are natural foods grocery store Earth Fare and L.A. Fitness. Earth Fare opened earlier this year and L.A. Fitness is expected to open this summer.
Panera Bread will have a drive-through window and space for patio dining.
“In the next 60 days, we look forward to announcing a mix of additional dining and entertainment options from fast-casual to sit-down restaurants that will give residents a destination for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night offerings," says Tavistock Development Co. Senior Vice President of Commercial Development Skipper Peek in a statement.
