Builder appoints new leader for multimillion-dollar projects

Denise Jones has worked in construction for more than 30 years.

BONITA SPRINGS — Luxury homebuilder and renovation firm Harwick Homes named Denise Jones project manager, where she will be responsible for overseeing both new construction of custom homes and multiple renovation projects.

Jones brings 30 years of experience to the luxury homebuilding firm, according to a statement.

“Denise is a seasoned professional who has committed her career to custom homebuilding, multifamily residential developments and commercial projects,” says Harwick President Mark Smith in the statement “Her drive and passion combined with widespread knowledge of construction management is an important addition to our team.”

Jones previously worked as a purchasing manager for a luxury homebuilder, handling bottom-line purchasing and negotiation activities. She’s also worked as a project manager, contractor and general manager for several construction companies throughout Southwest Florida, the release adds. She has lived in the Naples area since 1987 and began her construction career as a field superintendent in Clearwater.

Harwick Homes builds new luxury homes priced from $1 million to more than $10 million and also  offers full-service interior and exterior renovations, additions and space-planning services.
