FORT MYERS — Daniels Marketplace, a mixed-use project that will include the first Whole Foods in Fort Myers, recently announced 10 new tenants.

The list of new confirmed tenants includes California Closets; Club Pilates; Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa; Mathnasium; Pacific  Dental Services, Paradise Grills; Pearle Vision; Tipsy Nail Bar (replacing Venetian Nail Spa); and Uh-Maze Bowls. Other tenants confirmed for the center include Banfield Pet Hospital, Keke’s Breakfast Café and Felix Andrews Salon – an Aveda salon, according to a statement.

Located at the northwest intersection of Daniels Parkway and Ben C. Pratt/Six Mile Cypress Parkway in south Fort Myers, Daniels Marketplace will also boast a 45,000-square-foot Whole Foods. Construction on Daniels Marketplace began in spring 2017, and the center’s first merchants are expected to open in summer 2018, according to the statement.

“We look forward to opening this dynamic shopping destination to the Fort Myers community,” says Jay Douglas, director of leasing for S.J. Collins Enterprises, which is developing the center, in the statement. “These new top-notch retailers are great additions to an already strong and diverse retail mix at Daniels Marketplace.”
