FORT MYERS — Quadrum Global’s resort-style living concept will debut with the development of Amavida, a 32.5-acre senior living community under construction at 7650 Gladiolus Drive in Fort Myers. Led by Colin Marshall, president of Quadrum Senior Living Management, and Heather Battey, executive director of Amavida, the project will have 460 residences including cottages apartments and suites, and will offer alternatives for every stage of life including independent living, assisted living and memory care.
Marshall, a senior living and health care veteran, oversees the development and active management of Quadrum’s senior living and long-term care division. With a national portfolio of work spanning 23 years, he has worked in several niche health care specialties, including primary and preventative care, practice management, transitional care and rehabilitation, senior living and as an industry consultant.
Battey, a 17-year industry veteran, will head the leadership, management and day-to-day operations of Amavida, as well as maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Her experience includes opening and stabilizing senior living communities in Florida and California.
