TAMPA — Former Tribridge leaders Tony DiBenedetto and Jeff Lynn have joined the leadership team of Global Safety Management, a Tampa company that has developed software designed to reduce injuries in the chemical manufacturing industry and make regulatory compliance easy and affordable.

DiBenedetto, who grew Tribridge into a $175 million tech company with more than 750 employees before selling it in 2017, will be a member of the GSM board of directors; Lynn, meanwhile, will become COO.

DiBenedetto was the founder and CEO of Tribridge, while Lynn served as president.

GSM is led by founder and CEO Julia MacGregor-Peralta, the highest venture-capital-backed Hispanic woman in the southeast United States, according to a press release.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to work with such talented and experienced executives from our community,” MacGregor-Peralta states in the release. “We welcome both Tony DiBenedetto and Jeff Lynn to GSM as we continue our pursuit to disrupt and innovate how companies handle chemicals and produce safety information.”
