NAPLES — Suffolk has been contracted to demolish and rebuild independent living units at the continuing care community of Vi at Bentley Village. The North Naples senior living community will replace three of its older independent living buildings with a new, 51-unit structure.

The new building will offer seven floor plans from 1,500 square feet to 2,500 square feet, all over open-air parking and adjacent to the golf pro shop. This redevelopment will initiate the fifth phase of the community's evolution.

Vi at Bentley Village, located near U.S. 41 at 850 Retreat Drive, provides luxury retirement living on 156 acres. It has more than 12 miles of walking trails and an 18-hole private golf course. Completion of the redevelopment is scheduled for late 2019.

Suffolk is a national building contractor with $3 billion in annual revenue and offices Fort Myers, Tampa, Miami and West Palm Beach as well as Boston, New York City, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Diego. The company is ranked 23rd on the Engineering News Record list of Top 400 Contractors in the country.
