ESTERO – Gates Construction has broken ground at The Shoppes at Estero Grande on the west side of U.S. 41 and Estero Parkway.
The new retail center will feature multiple storefronts, including Zoom Tan and Starbucks. The project includes site work for the retail center as well as the entire Estero Grande site, which includes a lake built to provide stormwater retention and landscape irrigation.
New water, fire lines, sanitary sewer and storm piping will be provided to all areas of the property to allow future development, which includes the future site of Parkside, a planned condominium complex. Architectural design for The Shoppes at Estero Grande is provided by Gersdorf & Gersdorf and is slated for completion this fall.
