The Hyatt Residence Club Bonita Springs offers a wide variety of amenities, including four pools, a 1,000-foot lazy river pool, close proximity to beaches on a private island and more, the release adds.

Zabala Erickson is handling architectural design, according to the release. The new building is scheduled to be completed this fall.
