NAPLES — DeAngelis Diamond, one of the largest builders in Southwest Florida, promoted Brian Saunders from project manager to executive project manager.

In his new role, Saunders will oversee owner/client business relations, lead and train other project managers and act as the liaison between the owner, client, architect and DeAngelis Diamond, according to a statement. Saunders has completed more than $100 million dollars in construction projects during his 20-year construction career, the release adds.

“Brian has a proven track record of executing projects at a very high level,” DeAngelis Diamond COO Reggie Morgan says in the release. “He has a wealth of experience, great leadership skills and his values parallel that of our company. We believe in his ability to lead and ensure strong client relationships. His knowledge and dedication to this industry and our company makes him a deserving recipient of this new role as executive project manager.”

Naples-based DeAngelis Diamond is a national construction management firm, specializing in commercial and health care construction. The firm, which has built more than 20 multi-family facilities, had $366.4 million in 2017 revenues.
