FORT MYERS — Best Home Services, one of the fastest-growing home services business in the region, officially opened its new call center in south Fort Myers Feb 22.

The 15,000-square-foot center will have 60 employees when fully staffed, including up to 40 new positions, company officials say in a statement. The new positions include customer service representatives and dispatchers.

“We built this call center to better serve the needs to our customers and community,” Best Home Services co-owners and brothers Chadd and Keegan Hodges say in the statement. “The call center is state-of-the-art for our industry and the first of its kind in our region.”

Naples-based Best Home Services is a full-service, residential heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing company, operating in Southwest Florida since 1980. It has more than 180 employees, with satellite offices in Fort Myers and Sarasota.

Chadd and Keegan Hodges have been lauded for the company's approach to training and core values, which are partially derived from Ritz-Carlton customer service philosophies.
