FORT MYERS — Conric PR & Marketing recently acquired Fuller Online Solutions.
The purchase is part of Fort Myers-based Conric's strategic plan to expand its digital online marketing and website development services, according to a statement. Fuller Online Solutions Founder Javier Fuller has been appointed Conric's vice president of web development. Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
In his role, Fuller will lead Conric's digital marketing team in overseeing and implementing website design; development and coding; search engine optimization; email marketing; blogging; and social media for the company's growing clientele.
“After spending nearly 10 years as an entrepreneur, I truly look forward to working alongside Conric's larger digital team to better serve clients,” Fuller says in the release. “Conric's company culture and business ethics made this a perfect match for me.”
