NAPLES — Stock Custom Homes, a unit of Stock Development founded last year, sold 12 homes in 2017, surpassing $43 million in total volume, according to a statement.
Stock Custom Homes builds in Marco Island, Pine Ridge Estates, Olde Naples and in the Wellington area of Palm Beach, the release adds. Some of the most notable sales include a nearly 7,000 square foot estate in Wellington that sold for $7.39 million and a customized Sophia II model in Quail West that was listed for $3.97 million, the release states.
“Our Stock Custom Homes team is proud to continue Stock Development's legacy of excellence and sophistication,” says Stock Custom Homes President Matt Sellick in the statement. “We have seen tremendous success in 2017, and enthusiastically look forward to bringing more dream homes to life in 2018.”
Stock Development has completed more than 4,000 homes in Southwest Florida since 2001.
