Economic development office debuts commercial property listing service

NAPLES — Atilus, a full-service web design and digital marketing firm based in Bonita Springs, has collaborated with the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce to develop a commercial property listing feature on CollierEDO.org. The result is one cohesive source for businesses to find commercial real estate opportunities, according to a statement. 

Collier EDO is an extension of the Naples Chamber and the Collier County Office of Business and Economic Development. To assist commercial brokers/agents and businesses, Collier EDO worked with Atilus to add property listings on the website.

A new section has been released that allows local commercial agents the ability to submit their property to display on the website. Also, the new “Available Properties” section allows local and relocating businesses to browse available properties for purchase.

“We think this new feature will add tremendous value to anyone looking to run a successful business in Collier County,” says Kristi Bartlett, vice president of economic development for the chamber, in the statement. 

In addition to the new property search feature, Atilus designed a chat system for CollierEDO.org, which will allow users browsing properties to immediately connect with economic development experts.
