SARASOTA — An investor has purchased a 14,720-square-foot industrial property in Bradenton for $1.3 million.
W Rentals LLC purchased the 1.3-acre property at 6216 28th St. It has two buildings that are 4,800 square feet and 9,920 square feet.
The Walters Family Partnership sold the building.
"Given the current strength of the industrial market in the Sarasota-Bradenton area, this was the perfect time to sell this property," says Michele Fuller of Ian Black Real Estate, one of the agents who represented both parties in the transaction. "The property also presented a strong investment opportunity for the buyer, with long-term leases in place for the existing tenants."
Tenants include Goodyear Rubber Products and American Torch Tip.
